How to use a vertical baler ?

Waste presses are very easy to use :

• The first step is to install the spools for binding the bales. This step is described in detail in the video.

• Then, load your waste to be compacted into the machine. The machine will automatically start a compaction cycle lasting a few seconds when it is full.

• These compacting machines all work with cylinders that exert successive thrusts against the materials to compact them and form a dense bale.

• At the end of the cycle, you can load more waste until there is enough volume to form a bale. This stage is indicated by an indicator light.

• The bales then need to be bound manually at the front of the baler, which is easy to do and is indicated at the end of this tutorial.

• The bales are then ejected by pressing the dedicated control.
