SAVN covers the whole of mainland France. The network provides troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and legal inspections for over 10,000 machines. What's more, it guarantees very short response times, from 6 to 48 hours, ensuring maximum efficiency. Each field technician is equipped with computerized tablets, enabling rapid information processing, spare parts ordering and machine monitoring. What's more, each technician has a workshop vehicle with a comprehensive list of common spare parts, facilitating troubleshooting.Specific parts in stock
The Sacria factory keeps machine-specific parts in permanent stock. All spare parts carry a nomenclature code. This code is recorded in the machine's maintenance manual. If required, these parts can be shipped express within 24 hours.
Sacria also offers its customers a range of specialized equipment maintenance packages. Savn also provides maintenance services for equipment sold or leased.
