WHAT IS A MONOBLOCK COMPACTOR?
The monoblock compactor reduces the volume of waste by 3 to 6 times by compacting it. A robust solution that can be adapted to all areas of activity, it comprises a press and a container. Mobile and space-saving, the monoblock compactor is easy to move and requires no special installation.
How does a monoblock compactor work?
Simply place your waste in the press section of the compactor, with or without a container lifter. A system of cylinders will then exert strong pressure on the materials to reduce their volume. Once full, the entire compactor is taken away to be emptied.
What kind of waste can go into a monoblock compactor?
Mainly used for compacting waste such as cardboard or plastic, our PHGT model is watertight and can also handle wet waste.
If you're looking for a compactor to handle other types of waste, please contact us.
Who are the main users of this equipment?
The monoblock compactor is very popular with medium-sized and large companies that have a large volume of waste, but don't want to build a special installation.
How do I maintain a monoblock compactor?
On our equipment, the safety of the compactor's essential components is reinforced by an electric oil level detector, an hour meter, and hose protection with two steel braids and a stranded wire. However, the monoblock compactor requires regular maintenance to limit any risk of accident or breakdown, and to extend its service life.
Our after-sales service offers service and maintenance contracts tailored to your needs.
